Intégrity Seguros Argentina S.A. started its activities in 2014 after the acquisition of the operations of Liberty Seguros Argentina by Kranos Capital. The Company has more than 20 years of presence in the country and since the stock change has consolidated its positive result.
In early 2018, the Company promoted a strategic decision to position Intégrity Seguros as a company focused on digital transformation. Together with Ataway Buenos Aires, it implemented the RPA solution as the tool to optimize its internal processes with a clear objective, to provide a superior customer experience, high operational quality and a vision towards the humanistic culture and high performance of its collaborators.
- Uploading producer invoices to Oracle. For this process the OCR functionality of AAI was used, recovering the header data and then processing it in Oracle Financial.
- Integration with different technologies: Excel, Web and Oracle applications.
- Processes involving different areas: Finance, Collections, Issuance, Treasury and Accounts. We worked with a strong orientation towards the internal client.
The most relevant objectives of the automation with Automation Anywhere RPA project, were freeing up resources to focus on strategic and more challenging tasks: reducing operating costs, minimizing errors and increasing employee productivity. With Automation Anywhere RPA solution, Integrity Seguros can quickly implement (¡in weeks!) processes in areas with high manual workload and no added value, decompressing human resources from manual and repetitive tasks.
