Together with Ataway Buenos Aires, it implemented the RPA solution as the tool to optimize its internal processes with a clear objective, to provide a superior customer experience, high operational quality and a vision towards the humanistic culture and high performance of its collaborators.
Operational Efficiency with RPA Challenges
- Uploading producer invoices to Oracle. For this process the OCR functionality of AAI was used, recovering the header data and then processing it in Oracle Financial.
- Integration with different technologies: Excel, Web and Oracle applications.
- Processes involving different areas: Finance, Collections, Issuance, Treasury and Accounts. We worked with a strong orientation towards the internal client.
