With over 20 years of consulting experience in Japan, Hide brings exceptional leadership to our HCM Division at Ataway Japan. He oversees a comprehensive suite of services, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud, KRONOS/UKG, and our newest edition to our portfolio; Workday (HCM). Renowned for his expertise in HR and project management, Hide consistently receives outstanding feedback from clients. His journey began at PwC (later IBM) after graduating from university, and for the past 15 years, he has excelled in driving global projects for Ataway Japan. Hide’s vast experience makes him a valuable resource, and he is always eager to explore new challenges and solutions with clients.

野崎さんは、日本アタウェイのSAPとオラクルのFSCMプラクティスのリーダーです。 アタウェイでは15年以上の勤務経験があり、海外でのプロジェクトも経験しています。 それ以前は慶応義塾大学卒業後、日本オラクルのPeopleSoft部門で働いていました。 得意分野は会計ビジネスプロセスであり、エンゲージメント、顧客管理、システムなどの豊富な経験を有しています。 これまで数多くのプロジェクトに携わってきましたが、最も有名なグローバルな大規模プロジェクトは、野村證券、インターコンチネンタルホテルズグループ、ダッソーなどです。
チーム全体では、Oracle Fusion Cloud導入において、GL、AR、AP、FA、FAH、OM、MFG、INV、SP、PO、COST、PDHといった幅広いモジュールをカバー。また、グローバルプロジェクトを得意とし、最近ではクラウド導入において必要なマインドセットである、チェンジマネジメントを含めたERP導入にも着手し、最新技術とベストプラクティスを組み合わせた最適なERPソリューションの提供を目指す。

Masayasu Nozaki is the leader of the SAP and Oracle FSCM practices at Ataway Japan. He has been with Ataway for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience working on global projects and being overseas for some of them. Prior to that, he graduated from Keio University and worked in the PeopleSoft division of Oracle Japan. His area of expertise is accounting business processes, and he has extensive experience in engagement, customer management, and systems. He has worked on numerous projects, most notably large global projects for Nomura Securities, Intercontinental Hotels Group, and Dassault.

Across the whole team, they have covered a wide range of modules such as GL, AR, AP, FA, FAH, OM, MFG, INV, SP, PO, COST, and PDH in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. They also specializes in global projects and recently started ERP implementation including Change Management, which is a necessary mindset in cloud implementation, aiming to provide the best ERP solution combining the latest technology and best practices.

また、世界各国の現地パートナーとのグローバルプロジェクトでの協業実績を活かして、弊社のWorkday Financial Managementソリューション導入支援事業を推進しています。

Takayuki Saito is one of the initial members to launch the Workday Financial practice for Ataway Japan with over 15 years of experience in ERP implementation, maintenance support, and marketing for the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market as a consultant.

With his extensive experience, he is able to support our customers both on local and global projects, guiding them on leveraging the Workday Financial Management solution to improve business processes from implementation to support.

One of his key missions is to continuously enhance Ataway’s portfolio of services and offerings via delivering added value through Workday Financial Solution.
By utilizing Workday platform to drive efficiency, simplification, and rationalization, his aim is to support the growth and digital transformation of Japanese SMB businesses as a trusted partner who grows alongside our customers.

大学卒業後外資系コンサルティングファームで8年間、会計および人事コンサルティングやERP導入に従事。国内最大手自動車会社グループでの決算早期化プロジェクトや世界Top10製薬会社のグローバルロールアウトプロジェクトに参画。その後、東証一部上場会社にて約10年間プロダクト開発部門で開発リーダーおよびプロジェクトマネージャー、部門マネージャーを経験。IT知見及び会計知識をもとに管理会計領域へ異動後FP＆A部門のマネージャーとして8年間、会社統合プロジェクトや管理会計スキーム構築プロジェクトに関わりました。

日本アタウェイにはWorkday Financials領域のマネージャーとして立ち上げ期から参画。アタウェイのチェンジマネジメントソリューションとの連携やグローバルプロジェクトマネジメントの知見を活かしたWorkday財務会計領域の導入支援を推進していきます。

Workdayを活用しお客様のビジネスの成長に貢献することを最大の目的としてプロジェクトを進めてまいります。

After graduating from university, Risa Kasuya spent eight years at an international consulting firm engaged in accounting and HR consulting, as well as ERP implementation. At the time, she participated in various projects including but not limited to an accelerated financial closing initiative for Japan’s largest automotive group and a global rollout project for a global top 10 pharmaceutical enterprise. Subsequently, she worked for approximately ten years as a team leader, project manager, department manager in the product development department of a Tokyo Stock Exchange First Section-listed company. Leveraging her IT expertise and accounting knowledge, she transitioned to the management accounting domain. As a manager in the FP&A department for eight years, she was involved in company integration and management accounting scheme development projects.

She joined Ataway Japan as a manager in the Workday Financials domain during its launch phase. She will drive the implementation of Workday’s financial accounting solutions, leveraging integration with Ataway’s change management solutions and its expertise in global project management.

Our primary goal in leading projects is to contribute to clients’ business growth through the effective utilization of Workday.
