Jean-Michel Isoir

Jean-Michel has been serving as Ataway’s Global CEO for over 20 years. He started his career at Deloitte and later decided to establish Ataway, a consulting firm by consultants, for consultants. The concept behind the founding of Ataway was to create a better environment for consultants, focusing on the global engagements many consultants seek but find difficult to achieve at Big Four firms. As a result, Ataway began as a flat organization that prioritized open communication and global projects and delivery, which remain its strengths today. Jean-Michel is the type of CEO who supports projects to the fullest and sometimes even takes charge of delivery for clients across multiple offices and countries.

Antoine Peltier

Antoine is the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, with not only extensive sales experience but also project management and system implementation expertise directly relevant to our business. Having personally worked on numerous global projects, he has a deep understanding of the consultant’s role. While he has a wealth of experience, his most notable achievement is building the consulting services and sales business at SAGE for over 10 years. His product knowledge spans CRM, ERP, and BI tools, among others. With his thorough understanding of our business, he is the ideal person to lead our global sales organization.

Damian has been part of Ataway since 2006 and brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As a results-driven IT professional, he combines deep consulting expertise with a strong background in consultative sales of technology solutions. Before joining Ataway, he worked at Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Sybase, gaining extensive experience across Financial Services, Communications, Services, and Retail. With a customer-focused approach and strong analytical skills, Damian is committed to delivering high-quality consulting projects and building lasting client relationships.
