CCU (Compañía de las Cervecerías Unidas) is a multinational beverage company with a strong presence in Chile and Argentina, with a portfolio that includes beer, cider, wine, spirits, and water. It is the leading brewery in Chile and the second largest in Argentina, with both local brands and international licenses. In Argentina, its operations include approximately 2,500 employees across multiple locations and business units.


The Challenge

Accelerate the regional standardization of HR processes in Argentina by adapting the corporate model already defined and implemented in Chile. The challenge included aligning practices, complying with local legal and statutory requirements, integrating with legacy systems, and addressing the operational characteristics of the Argentine workforce.
