\nMaison Kitsun\u00e9 has undergone strong growth since its creation in 2002; in particular, in Japan, Maison Kitsun\u00e9\u2019s explosive growth required to review and upgrade its IT infrastructure to support it’s rapid growth. Ataway was asked to come and perform an audit of the systems and processes surrounding its supply chain management.<\/p>\n

The fact that Ataway is based in Japan and speaks Japanese made the project much easier. The difference in culture is not easy to manage, and even less so remotely from France. The lack of time on the part of the Japanese teams was certainly compensated for by the flexibility of the Ataway team. Their knowledge of retail and supply allowed us to start with interviews with Japanese IT and then complete them with the Users (less time-consuming for the latter)<\/p>\n
