Jean-Michel received his MBA (AACSB) from the University of Western Carolina in 1996 after studying Aeronautics at the "Ecole Nationale De l'Aviation Civile" in France.

He joined the Paris office of Deloitte Consulting in 1997 and primarily worked on major PeopleSoft consulting engagements of Shared Service Environments. Jean-Michel left Deloitte to start Ataway with Jean-Baptiste Casari.

As a partner of Ataway, Jean-Michel has won major engagements from large global corporations mainly in Asia and Europe. He is directly involved as a project manager in the delivery of these projects. Currently he is managing a 2 year global deployment project of PeopleSoft Financials and Distribution combined with a Shared Service Center roll out in Asia and Europe.

In conjunction with this major project, Jean-Michel Isoir is developing Ataway's operations and infrastructure worldwide.

Jean-Baptiste co-founded Ataway France in 2000. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and also holds the French CPA degree. Jean-Baptiste obtained a Masters degree in Finance from the City University of New York (CUNY)

For over 6 years, Jean-Baptiste worked in New York, as an analyst for the US branch of a large French investment bank and as a Financial Auditor for the US Offices of the largest French CPA firm. He assisted French clients in their quest for acquisitions of industrial and service companies, in both the US and South America.

He joined Deloitte Consulting and managed the development of the ERP implementations for Financial Services Companies. Jean-Baptiste was involved in the development of the first version of the PeopleSoft eSettlement application.

Sylvain is a highly experienced professional with dual expertise in accounting principles (US GAAP, IFRS/International Accounting Standards and Local Accounting Standards) and broad experience in the development and implementation of Financials Systems.

Sylvain has over 10 years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials and ESA products. Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Sylvain worked in a French CPA firm after completing a Masters in Accounting and Finances.

While at PeopleSoft headquarters, Sylvain was in charge of certifying the Financials and EPM Analytics product lines with a focus on the global business requirements. He was deeply involved in the designs of all international features of PeopleSoft Financial products from release 8.0 to 8.8.

Sylvain's demonstrated proficiency of PeopleSoft Financials applications and understanding of multinational requirements are evident through multiple PeopleSoft projects for top tier clients such as a worldwide re-insurance company and a leading global investment bank.

Since 2003, Sylvain is a partner at Ataway in charge of the US operations and offices.
